Version 1.4.1 just released this month - Trust Form, a drag-n-drop form maker for WordPress, conveniently provides the shortcode for each form within its form manager. This plugin provides all the essentials and more for the non-coder and coder alike. You have a built-in CSS editor and HTML dialog box for 3 success screens (pages) they are: data entry, confirmation and finished.
A good candidate for a product would include the following:
- Make sure there is a user forum that is proving timely responses to questions
- Money back return policy when possible
- Is well documented or has video tutorials
